Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.   We want to be recognized in the Greater Tampa Bay area as the number one swimming pool company who offers quality customer service, highly trained personnel and an abundance of knowledge about swimming pools.   The Pool Doctor's main goals are to provide our customers with the best customer service in the swimming pool industry, creating a loyal customer following and train our personnel in becoming highly talented individuals in their area of expertise.   Our main objective is to pass our knowledge of swimming pool maintenance on to our customers through an e-commerce website, giving them a better understanding of how their pool should be maintained and offering them quality products to help them achieve this.   The new e-commerce site will improve customer satisfaction, increase sales and increase customer loyalty.
