This is a letter to follow up on the phone call I made to the office to praise the crew that renovated my pool. Butch, Larry, Tommy, Aaron and Big Mike were the greatest. They were professional and fun to have working on my pool. They showed pride and proficiency in their work. Everyday while they were working they were neat and would clean up everything before they left for the day. They respected my home as if it were their own. I write to thank you for the fine renovation that you have recently completed on our swimming pool and deck. My wife and I are both very pleased with the outcome and greatly appreciate the care and effort you put into making sure we are happy with the result. Our grandchildren arrived for a visit from Athens, Georgia just a day or two after the pool was ready to use and our nine year old granddaughter, Marlena, who has swam in many pools around the country, described it as "the best pool she has ever been in." I can't think of a higher compliment than that! Your staff was professional and courteous throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure to come home everyday to find the pool area clean and tidy even in the midst of this major renovation. This is the second pool renovation you have done for us and we have been very pleased with the results both times. We are especially pleased with the "Hydrazzo" finish and I look forward to learning more about our new filter and salt chlorination system. So thanks again to Darrell, Linda, Big Mike, Mike, Belinda, Tigger and everyone else who helped with this project. You recently completed renovating our pool at Persimmon Dr., Holiday.
We wish to inform you that we are very pleased with the results. Taking the tile into the skimmer and adding a Bull Nose to the steps, gives a finishing touch that makes the pool more beautiful that it was before. All of your workers at various stages, appeared to effecient, knowledgeable and professional. The teamwork between crew members was particularly noteable. When the water came up to level, I noticed that the direction of circulation was in the opposite to that perviously used. The return port in the deep end was aimed Southwest and the port in the shallow end pointing Northeast. My first impression was to reverse direction to what we used before. However, I noticed this direction created better circulation in the deep end which is more desirable. So, the direction remains unchanged. I am sorry about the difference in opinion over the term "Chemical Balance." Chemical balance, to me, involves; chlorine, acid, soda, etc. Apparently, to the other gentleman in involves a 'Curing' process. So, we were on different issues. I am enclosing a few pictures taken during the process. I assure you that you may use our name as a reference , if you so choose, with the assurance that we have nothing but kind words to say about our relationship with you and the people who performed the work. These pictures will help confirm that.

We feel we have to write and tell you about an outstanding employee you have.
We had a pool leak for quite sometime that two other companies couldn't seem to fix. We were really upset because of the excessive water loss. I looked at Angie's List and found your company. A very nice young man, Matt Ketchum, came and gave the pool a much more thorough check than the other companies had and found the source of the problem. He is the most polite and competent person we have met in a long time. Because of these virtues we had him back to fix our skimmer. On both jobs he showed up on time and fixed the problems. Do you know what a rare and pleasant quality that is these days? We just wanted to let you know that we think Matt is an exceptional employee and a fine young man. Because of our pleasant experience with him, we are very pleased and we have recommended your company to several of our neighbors.
